technology: CSS, html, flash, JQuery, CMS Made Simple
When Cezar at Niseko Pizza asked me to build his web page he gave me all logos and photos. This site was to be static as a CMS was not seen as necessary.
The site then had CMS Made Simple installed so Cezar could load the menu images to change menus. When designing this Cezar decided that images need to be used for menus so that they could be changed easily and so as they could be bilingual. Please note that generally use of images is not recommended for such applications but for what we were trying to achieve I think it worked well(even though possibly not accessible).
